It is a rural NGO in the district of Hooghly, West Bengal, India, dedicated to serve for the education, rehabilitation and empowerment hence mainstreaming and inclusion of children and persons with disabilities.
Challenges
The first requirement of GBCD NGO was to have a vibrant, organized website that easily connect to the masses to convey their message. Easily manageable backend to update as they need.
Our Approach
When we discussed with Mr. Ansar Ali and his team we knew what kind of difficulties they were facing with the old site. So from the beginning we planned from the perspective of common man without much technical knowledge. The designing of website is colorful, informative visuals so that it engages with viewers. We redesigned the website to be simple, engaging, and easy to manage. It was built to attract parents, donors, and investors while keeping the backend user-friendly for the team.

Project Details
To create a WordPress website that empowers the organization to manage its online presence independently. The site allows them to easily update content, upload photos, manage reports, and publish upcoming events and news. WordPress’s native CMS and media management capabilities are ideal for nonprofits, and dedicated event plugins ensure event listings and updates are handled efficiently.
Project Highlights
Easy, clear navigation throughout the site. Use of meaningful Icons. Readable, clear fonts for better accessibility and comfort. Prominent styling to boost key sections and guide user attention. Playful design elements that create visual harmony around the site since topics like deafness, physical disabilities, and underprivileged communities can often feel heavy or serious. Real photos combined with thoughtful design balance empathy with hope.
The site includes multiple modules that are easily manageable from the backend, allowing the NGO team to update content, upload photos, manage reports, and publish events and news without developer assistance.
Mobile View
A responsive design for a website is essential now, it is a must-have. It is designed in a such way that it automatically adapts the screen size of the viewer and gives users a better experience on whatever device they choose.
Project final output
A vibrant, functional website that highlights the NGO’s core mission, key areas of work, achievements, latest news, events, and most importantly to showcase the success stories.
For us, a project is never just a project. When it serves a social cause, it carries empathy. That’s why we go above and beyond to deliver a website that’s easy to manage, beautifully designed, and true to the organization’s vision
