Utopia is a boutique sales agency in Sydney & the South Coast offering brilliant personalized service. Utopia Real Estate provides property management, leasing, and selling services.
Challenges
A very organized modern looking Real estate website with user-friendly UI/UX with an easily manageable backend. They wanted to highlight their featured properties with proper labels, icons, and facilities in a very prominent and clean style.
Our Approach
Our approach was very simple and strategic. After our initial discussion, we already sketched out rough wireframes of pages and elements. After approval, our team distributed the work in different time frames and phases so that the final delivery was on time and meets our client needs. The Project took a smooth process from creating mockups to approval on design -Creating responsive HTML/CSS -Building website with PHP backend development -Testing – Going Live.

Project Details
A modern website needed for a boutique real-estate agency in Australia. The owner of the agency wanted their site to include a listings of available property for Sale/Buy or Lease with all amenities, details, and price. In addition to it, customized photo gallery, about, contact, and testimonial page was included too.
Project Highlights
Property listing for Lease/Rent/Buy, highlighting property facilities, detailed page for each property with info and photo gallery, client testimony for authenticity. Modern UI/UX, easy-to-manage backend, fast loading modern look and feel website, and responsive website all are part of this real estate website building project.
Mobile View
A responsive design for a website is essential now, it is a must-have. It is designed in a such way that it automatically adapts the screen size of the viewer and gives users a better experience on whatever device they choose.
Project final output
Adrian, our client was delighted to see seamless user interface, easy-to-use backend for their regular updates which any of thier team member can do with very little technical knoweldge.
